In addition to year-round sports events, a fabulous live music scene and a diverse array of cultural events — late-night dining in Downtown Phoenix is alive, well and very, very tasty.

Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour

Closing time: Tuesday-Saturday 2 a.m.
